- Do I have to be present?
- For decluttering, yes — the decisions are yours. Organizing and setup can happen without you.
- Is it emotionally hard?
- It can be, and that is normal. We work in short focused stretches with breaks, and we never open a box you are not ready for.
- What happens to the things I let go?
- Wearable clothing and usable goods go to vetted local donation partners; we share where everything went.
- Can you help someone else in my family?
- Only with their consent. Decluttering another adult's belongings without them rarely lasts.
